Dr. Carolyn Luther

Dr. Carolyn Luther is the Manager of Medical Recruiting at MedVet where she leads strategy and execution for doctor recruiting, strategic partnerships, conferences, and campus programs.

Dr. Luther received both her BS in Animal Sciences & her DVM from Purdue University. She worked as an equine veterinarian in Indianapolis for 3 years until she relocated to a large AAHA practice in Greenville, South Carolina. During her 13 years there she shifted her focus to small animal medicine, in addition to still seeing horses). Her industry career started with Hill's Pet Nutrition as a Professional Consulting Veterinarian. In addition to field responsibilities, Carolyn was a new hire technical and field trainer, led the vet webinar team, was education lead for ecommerce, the PVA lead for Vetrax, and served as interim Corporate Vet Affairs manager. Carolyn's next role was as Associate Director, Veterinary Affairs at KindredBio where she lead the Professional Services Veterinarian team, KOL relationships and strategy, and continuing education programs. She is now the Manager of Medical Recruiting at MedVet.

Carolyn is based in Wellington, Florida where she competes in dressage with her horse Kleverdale, AKA Hans, named for Clever Hans. She also has a rescued Great Dane named Bradley Cooper who is bigger than most ponies.
